UK delivery £45 · Collect free from Haworth

Delivery and collection

Collect from the gallery (free)

  • Buy online, enjoy Haworth, and collect later the same day.
  • Packing takes about 10 minutes. Your confirmation tells you when your piece will be ready.
  • The latest collection is 20 minutes before we close. Opening times are on our Visit page.
  • You may pull up directly outside the gallery. Main Street is access only, and you are welcome to drive on it to collect.
  • Please bring your order confirmation. If someone else is collecting for you, tell us their name beforehand.
  • If you have not collected within 14 working days, we will contact you to arrange collection.

UK mainland delivery

  • Delivery to UK mainland addresses costs £45 per order. This covers packaging and recorded delivery by Royal Mail.
  • Some larger pieces cannot be posted. Their page says "Collection or your own courier only", and delivery is not offered when you buy.
  • For other parts of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, please ask us before you order.
  • We aim to send your piece within 3 working days of your order and will email you when it is on its way. It normally arrives within 14 working days of your order. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Someone must be in to receive the delivery. Framed artwork cannot be left unattended.

Arranging your own courier

  • You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from the gallery during our opening hours.
  • We charge a packing and handling fee of £30 per order for this, in place of the delivery charge.
  • Please tell us which courier is coming and when. The piece becomes your responsibility when we hand it to them, so we recommend you check your courier's cover for framed and glazed artwork.

Outside the UK

We do not send artwork outside the UK. If you live abroad, you are welcome to collect from the gallery or to arrange your own courier as above. Export paperwork, duties and taxes are then your responsibility.

When your delivery arrives

Framed and glazed artwork is fragile. We pack every piece with care and photograph it before it leaves us. To help us put things right quickly if anything has happened on the way:

  • Check the parcel before the driver leaves if you can. If the packaging is damaged, say so to the driver and have it noted, or note "damaged" when you sign.
  • Open and check the piece as soon as possible, and please tell us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If anything is damaged, tell us straight away at contact@abrahamsgallery.com, with photographs of the piece, the damage and the packaging.
  • Keep all the packaging until we tell you it is no longer needed. The carrier may need to inspect it.

If a piece we delivered arrives damaged, we will put it right. For a print we will normally send a replacement. An original cannot be replaced, so we will offer a repair where that is suitable and you agree, or a full refund. Reporting promptly, with photographs and the packaging, lets us recover the cost from the carrier. It does not affect your legal rights.
